"The conference was an excellent opportunity for students to consider some of the topics we have covered in AP Human Geography from the perspective of their country. Many issues we have covered in class came up through the course of debate and discussion and the students were actively engaged throughout the conference--speaking with each other and researching/writing their resolutions through working together. We have a unit on political processes and this was an excellent opportunity for them to try something new and I think they did very well! Dr. Wood and her students were excellent to work with and I highly recommend this program to other teachers. "
