'Act Local, Think Global' (atgal) ERASMUS + PROJECT

The “Act Local, Think Global” project will create the context to focus on the waste management issue across Europe and suggest solutions to diminish or eliminate the negative effects through a common conscious attempt to educate our pupils towards adopting a more environmentally responsible behaviour in the long term. Five partner schools from Denmark, Greece, Spain, Lithuania and Turkey, have set up this partnership to increase awareness and produce positive changes in young people’s attitudes through a series of activities that call for active engagement and citizenship.

Thus, we strongly believe that with the support of this Erasmus+ project, today’s pupils will grow into responsible adult citizens who will tackle the issues of waste management and become knowledgeable about real life concepts of environmental stewardship.
