Visa Application
International students require a Non-Immigrant Education Visa (category ED) to study in Thailand. Once students are accepted to PC and complete the registration and payment, PC will prepare an acceptance letter and visa application letter to support their student visa application. The process of issuing the letters needs at least 5 working days to complete. Students have to provide the following information and documents:
A scanned photo of passport (information page), with remaining validity of not less than 6 months
Name and address of the Thai Embassy or Consulate that they will apply for a visa
Home address (including postal code and mobile phone number) (if required)
E-Visa Application
When the letters are ready, the scanned files of the documents will be sent to students via email for an e-Visa application. Visit the e-Visa application website at https://www.thaievisa.go.th/
**Remark: E-Visa applicants are no longer required to submit passports and supporting documents in person at the Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate-General. It is important to note that you are only able to apply if you are currently not in Thailand and in the countries where e-Visa services are available. After the e-Visa application has been approved, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to applicants, which can be printed out to present to airlines and Thai immigration officials when traveling to Thailand.
Walk-in Application
Students will be informed to pick up the documents on campus if they are currently staying in Thailand. However, if they are living abroad or making a request for document delivery, PC will send the documents to students' home addresses. Then, students make an online appointment to submit their applications at the Thai Embassy or Consulate in person.
Students are advised to contact the Thai Embassy or Consulate in their countries for the latest application process and prepare the required documents following the instructions.
*Remark: All the processes are subject to change due to the Thai Government's policies. Students are advised to check for up-to-date news, announcements, or other related information regularly.
