Congratulations on finding a job, demonstrating skills, and earning XP$! The money you are walking around with is not earning any interest and you are likely to spend, or even worse, lose it. It's a good idea to hold on to some of your XP$, but another thought is to put a good amount in your online bank. This page will explain the process of Banking your XP$ which will also pay you interest on the money you deposit.

To START, you will need to complete an Account Application. This is typically found as a Day 3 REQUIRED activity in Google Classroom as a Classwork assignment. The directions are found within the Google Form application.
Once your application is complete, an account will be setup for you to deposit money with one of our classroom bankers. You will have access to your online bank - found on Google Classroom under Classwork - with a link to LMS BANK (FNBOM). You will use your personal username & password to view your account. The online bank is always visible towards the top of Classwork Assignments. (See picture)
An expanded view of the Classwork shows three (3) items. The first is the link to access your online bank. You can use this account to save money or pay for expenses. The second item is an image of what your LOGIN will look like. It is up to you to keep your username and password safe. The third item is an image of student accounts from a bankers view. The bankers can help you with your account.
In this example, I am logging into my account as Demo Student. My username from the application is dstudent (first initial + last name) and my password is personal. IMPORTANT: Never share your banking username & password with anyone!

What are the benefits of online banking?
Your account is keeping track of the XP$ you earn, deposit, and spend.
The XP$ you deposit is earning interest automatically each day.
Basic Expenses, based on your spending choices are automatically paid.
Your Current Balance will show you how much you have saved towards a final grade.
Later on, you will have the ability to spend or invest in other opportunities directly from your account. If you want to make a deposit or withdrawal, you must see a banker.
If you have never banked online before, don't worry. It's easy, and you will get the hang of it. Remember to Save XP$!!!
