I grew up in Montgomery and graduated from our awesome high school in 1997 (and still live here!). I attended college at TCNJ and graduate school at Jersey City University, and have been teaching in Montgomery for 23 years. I've taught grades 9, 10, and 12 at both CP (including ICS) and Honors levels. Of all grade levels, teaching seniors is my favorite. I love that we can hold deeper, more meaningful discussions at this level, and students take on more active roles in the class, which encourages them to own their education. This year, I'm also teaching our Teachers of Tomorrow course, preparing high school students that are aiming to be future educators.
I have an Masters degree in Educational Technology.
Both of my parents grew up in Montgomery.
The red farm on Rt.206 belongs to my grandparents.

I have two children, Mackenzie (15) and Christopher (13), and a spoiled black laborador, Haymitch.
After my sophomore year in college, I switched my major to English from Archaeology.
