Once a month, students come together into a cross-sectional team that combines students from kindergarten to fifth grade. During this time, they meet with an assigned Eagle Team Coach from the staff. They participate in team and character building activities, often reinforcing the word of the month.

Near the end of each trimester, we celebrate as a school community to mark our growth and progress. Past celebrations have included movie days, musical performances, crafts, or other high-interest activities for students.

Other Celebrations and Acknowledgments
Throughout the school day, students are acknowledged for their unique identity, build relationships with teachers and other students, and reinforce their belonging in the culture of Donges Bay. Celebrations that are integrated throughout the day include (but are not limited to) verbal affirmations, community building circles, star of the week presentations, lunch bunches, birthday pencils, and spirit days.
