Teaching competencies refer to the skills and abilities that a teacher should possess in order to be effective in their role. These may include knowledge of the subject matter, the ability to create engaging and meaningful lesson plans, and the ability to assess student understanding and progress. Additionally, a teacher should be able to foster a positive learning environment, adapt to the needs of individual students, and be able to use technology and other resources to enhance learning.
