Online Orientation
Prepare for your university journey with our online orientation course designed to equip you with the important information you need before classes start. Explore academic expectations, academic program information, campus life essentials, your rights and responsibilities, and immerse yourself in our vibrant campus culture to ensure a smooth transition into university life.
Orientation Days will be held in person on September 3rd or 4th depending on your program.
This full day high-energy event will introduce you to spaces and services on campus, give you opportunities to connect with fellow new students as well as meet faculty and staff from your program. You will be led through campus by our student Orientation Leaders who are excited to welcome and inspire you for what's to come at Mount Royal.
The First-Year Mentorship Program is for first-year students looking for support transitioning through their first year of university. Mentees will be matched with an upper-year student mentor (usually from their program) who will support and guide them through their journey at MRU.
