During our last meeting in Lanzarote the coordinators sat down and worked on the final report and the results. Amongst other things we discussed and talked about that the project, in spite of the pandemic and our differences , had turned out to be a huge success for our students. Which means that we had done something right.
While analising we agreed that it is essential to listen to each other and to be constructive and follow the line made during the application of the project as much as possible. When problems arose that were our of our control we simply sat down and discussed things on an equal level. When it came down to solving situations, logistics, accommodation, dietary issues or other things we simply had an open communication line and discussed the things over, recognising cultural differences and school policies.
