At North Elementary the Star Core Values are at the center of how students and teachers act every day. Whether they are in class, in the hallway or out at recess, the Star Core Values represent and define how a North Star should act while they are at school!

The behavior matrix is a tool teachers use to help teach students our Core Values.
Students can see a matrix in every classroom to provide clear consistency in all settings. The Behavior Matrix allows students to see what Shining Star behavior looks like in a variety of situations and settings they encounter on a daily basis while in school.
