Volunteer Request Form for Trailblazers

The 2024 TOCLC theme is "Sankofa: Looking Back to Move Forward". This year’s theme works to dismantle systems of oppression that have previously rejected the creativity of BIPOC communities by urging us to look inward; discovering our unique skills, perspectives, and abilities while navigating the ways we can incorporate them in achieving our goals.

We are currently looking for individuals who would be willing to volunteer on the day-of the conference. Examples of volunteering include but are not limited to: assisting with registration check-in, putting up signs, cleaning up, serving food, assisting workshop presenters, etc. We are especially soliciting white allies to volunteer so that students of color can actively engage in the conference as attendees. Volunteers will receive official TOCLC swag and an invitation to the VIP reception with the keynote speaker.

Please sign up through this interest form at the latest by March 19 at 11:59pm. Volunteer roles and shifts will be assigned during spring break. We hope to have your support for this conference, and sincerely thank you for your time and consideration. Please email students-of-color-committee-g@mtholyoke.edu if you have any questions.
