I love technology! Students are becoming more and more interested and adept at using technology and the applications for tools is becoming broader and broader. As a new teacher, I fell prey to jumping on whichever website or app was most exciting in that moment. As I have grown and learned through my career and the MAFLT program, I have learned to evaluate the tools I am choosing to introduce and utilize for my students so they aren't overwhelmed and the tools are genuinely supplementing their learning.

This is an example of a lesson that includes the addition of one of my favorite tech tools, Gimkit, to review as well as the opportunity to blog and respond to peers. One of the strongest points technology can help support is the blending of student work with the feedback from their peers.
