AJ Johnson (she/they)
AJ is currently a Senior majoring in ESS with a business minor. This summer she is working with Siskiyou Mountain Club as a Trail Maintenance Intern.
Her favorite spot on campus is Spartan Stadium and her favorite CSUS class is 273, Travel and Tourism with the Dan McCole.
In her free time, AJ enjoys hiking, walking, yapping, snowboarding, almost any type of music, lifting, and spending time with friends.

Zoey Crossley (she/her)
Currently a Senior at MSU, Zoey is majoring in Applied Conservation Biology with minors in German and Anthropology. She works in Dr. Perry’s Park Connections Lab doing research on Beal Botanical Garden. This past summer she worked with Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary through Michigan Sea Grant collecting data on freshwater acidification around the shipwrecks.
With her degree she hopes to do aquatic ecosystem fieldwork, contributing to conservation efforts at ecosystem wide levels while protecting areas from climate change effects.
Zoey loves live music and sports, reading, board games, camping, and rings.

Lily Hahn-Scott (she/her)

Emily Przybylski (she/her)
Currently a junior at MSU, Emily is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in ESS with minors in Science,
Technology, Environment, and Public Policy (STEPP) and Climate Change Studies. This past
summer she completed a study abroad to Costa Rica working with sea turtle conservation. She
is beginning her first year as a POE Peer Educator for MSU.
With her degree she hopes to work with environmental justice issues and with climate policies to
help create a more sustainable present and future for everyone.
Some of her favorite things include reading, thrifting, going to farmers markets, being active,
and going to concerts!

Hannah Przybylski (she/her)
Currently a Junior at MSU, Hannah is pursuing a bachelor's degree in ESS with a minor in
Marine Biology and Ecosystem Management. This past summer she completed a study abroad
in Costa Rica studying sea turtle conservation while doing fieldwork and getting hands-on
experience with turtles. She currently works as a POE Peer Educator at MSU in the prevention,
outreach and education department on campus.
With her future degree she hopes to work in water resources or marine conservation finding
ways to help clean up our waters!
Hannah loves going to concerts, reading, thrifting, crocheting, and being with friends and family.

Jackson Schwandt (he/him)
Jackson is currently a Freshman majoring in Environmental Studies and Sustainability with a minor in the Science, Technology, and Environmental Public Policy program (STEPP). This summer he is planning on working at a wetland natural area in Northern Michigan as an education intern!
His favorite things to do on campus is going to the union and getting coffee, watching hockey games at the Munn, and walking around the Beal Botanical Garden. His favorite class has been CSUS 310, History of Environmental Studies and Sustainability, with Dr. Jennifer Lee Johnson.
In his free time, Jackson loves listening to music, thrifting, hiking, watching movies, and taking road trips.
