Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation Early Childhood Center is looking for child-care assistants for their after-school program. 

Hours are Monday-Friday, 3:00-5:45 PM. 

Responsibilities include: 

• Plan and implement simple activities and/or games

• Keep children safe and entertained

• Take children to enrichment activities

• Keep Director notified of problems or concerns occurring during After Care

• Clean up the classroom after children leave

The Student Youth Development Associate implements developmentally appropriate activities and assists in creating an environment of fun, care and safety for school-age children as directed by Youth Development Leaders. Through practical application and utilization of academic knowledge Student Youth Development Associates will gain experience and understanding of the multiple aspects involved/included in youth oriented careers, including teaching, while earning a salary or satisfying service requirements for graduation.

Part-time Toddler Sports Coach

Job Description:

• Class set-up and preparation

• Lead various 45050 minute sessions with energy, positivity, and inclusiveness. 

• Make sure toddlers and parents understand the different games and activities

• Help parents work with their children in a manner that makes the toddler feel comfortable with the game or activity at hand

• Provide positive feedback, coaching tips and words of encouragement to not only the toddlers but parents as well. 

• Attend community events & assist in administrative tasks when necessary (additional pay)

Requirements 

MUST BE AN ENERGETIC AND ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL!!!

At least a high school junior or older (going into the 2021-2022 school year)

Some sort of athletic background - preferably high school or collegiate athletics

Available Saturday mornings and two weeknights (depending on location)

Work patiently with children as young as 24-months to 5  years 

Reliable transportation

No coaching experience is required  - Training is provided

Compensation $18 -$27

Hours Available: 4-8 /wk Each program is 6 weeks long and we hold  programs year round.

Compensation

· Assistant Pool Manager $16.00 - $18.00/hour

· Lifeguards $14.00 - $16.00/hour

· Swim Team Coaches $14.50 - $17.00/hour

· Check in Staff $13.50/hour

Additional Benefits

· Opportunity to offer private swim lessons to members

· $100 Loyalty Bonus for returning seasonal staff (average of 15 hours worked /week)

· Referral Bonus (If your referral works at Woodstock for 60 days with shifts each week)

· Late Season Bonus for staff who work a minimum 1 weekday & or 1-2 weekend shift August 3 to September 2 will earn a              $1/hour Bonus over that period of time at season end.

· LGT & Certification Reimbursement = $75 / 45 days actively working (up to $150 for the whole season, receipts required)
