Through a partnership with Design 27 (design27.com), an Indianapolis-based design firm that specializes in designing technology systems and acoustics, Washington Township students have an opportunity to participate in a "shadowing day" to learn more about Design 27 and the areas they focus on. This includes designing low voltage systems for facilities that include audio/visual systems, data cabling infrastructure, and electronic security systems.
Additionally, they provide acoustical consulting that focuses on architectural acoustics, sound isolation, acoustical modeling, and more. Working primarily with architect firms as part of the overall design team, Design 27 excels at providing innovative solutions and delivering quality designs.

Through a partnership with JQOL (jqolusa.com), an Indianapolis-based engineering firm, North Central students will have an opportunity to learn more about the civil engineering profession. The firm will offer shadowing opportunities and school visits with interested students and will provide students with guidance that can better prepare them for college, particularly if they are interested in civil engineering.
