If you have related questions related to a technology issue you are having in your course please follow the steps below.
1.) Your first contact should be using the FAQs using the link above. This link has answers to many of the questions you might have as you move through the course.
2.) If you have looked at the FAQs and still do not find a solution to your problem the next line of contact should be to reach out to your course instructor. The course instructor is the expert in your course and should be able to help with questions.
