Keep a routine: try to eat & go to bed at the same time every day
Move your body: take a (socially distanced) walk, try online workout classes, do a few jumping jacks… get your endorphins pumping.
Set boundaries & say NO: it is okay to opt out of a social zoom if you are feeling over-zoomed (this is an actual phenomenon these days). Being selfish with your time & emotions is still allowed in quarantine.
