2020 is a year that will be written in the history books and you are living that moment now. This activity is a time capsule of 2020 and how you lived through the coronavirus pandemic. Complete the activity and store it in a safe place to show your future self. It will be really cool to look at years later and see how you were a part of history.
Are you having a bad day and need some time to calm down and relax, use this mindfulness journal to help you relax. Below are directions on how to type into the journal.

Click on the options gear on the left bottom
Click Open editor
Scroll down to the different slides and complete the ones you like.
Once finished, you can click present mode to look at your work.
You can share with someone if you feel comfortable sharing.
