Money

On occasion it will be necessary for your child to bring money to school. Please place money in a sealed envelope and label with:

Your child’s first and last name.

 Newsletter

Our newsletter is generally sent home via e-mail on Fridays. This will keep you informed about what is happening in our class---the skills we are learning, special activities and upcoming events. Please look for these and read them, so you can keep up with what we do in class each week.

Recess

The children will play outdoors for 30 minutes in the morning as well 20 minutes after lunch each day (unless it is very rainy or stormy). Please keep this in mind when helping your child to select clothing for the day - layers are a good idea.  Gloves and knit hats or hoods are very helpful in the winter. If your child is too sick to play outside, he is probably too sick to come to school. There is no lunchtime supervision available for children to stay indoors at lunch.  If it is absolutely necessary he/she can sit in the office or the nurse’s office.
