How can I keep track of my child’s progress?

• Parents and students can view assignment and assessment grades online through their Family Access account. If you do not know your log-in information, you would need to contact the district technology department.

• Parents can check their student’s assignment notebook for daily activities and assignments. Teachers write the day's assignments on the whiteboard in the pod area and on their boards in the rooms.

What if my child is not mastering essential learning targets?

• We will continuously monitor student successes and struggles as the year progresses and offer interventions and enrichments. Available opportunities (may include but are not limited to):

• Additional time and support beyond the regular class time. (“What I Need (WIN)”)

• Online resources (including tutorials, extra practice, practice assessments, etc.…) available

• Meet with teacher beyond the regular class schedule

• Meet with counselor for support with study skills, goal setting, and/or additional career planning

• Meet with student/parent/staff to develop a plan to meet student learning needs
