Beginning with the class of 2018 a Noble High School diploma will be awarded based on demonstration of proficiency in eight areas, as determined by the Maine Department of Education. MSAD 60 has developed graduation standards in each of these key academics areas. In order to earn credit in a course, a student must be proficient in each graduation standard for that course.
Grade 8 scope and sequence for reading and writing
Seniors may choose from a variety of math classes include Statistics, AP Statistics, Calculus, AP Calculus, and PATHS.
9th grade Environmental Systems
Grade 6-8 science classrooms will be piloting new curriculum materials from Elevate Science during the 2018-19 school year, which will require some adjustments to the approved scope and sequence.
