I feel like I have lost my motivation for school work because of online school. Any tips for me to have motivation?
It’s quite simple to get motivated for your studies. Just try to think about what will happen if your work isn’t done. Maybe try and reward yourself every time you finish an assignment. At least you have something to look forward to.

Many people throughout the entire school like to do different things. Maybe try some of the ones I’ve listed below:
Gaming.
Drawing.
Reading.
Napping, it’s always the best way to pass time.
Watching TV.
Doing your schoolwork ahead of time to prevent procrastination.
Exercise.
Learn something new.

I may know all, but the future is cloudy. I can say that it’s best to stay safe and try not to travel too much, even after this pandemic. There’s many ways it could play out. The good news is the beaches in NY, NY and Connecticut will be open this summer. Remember to social distance wherever you go!

Lately, I've been feeling super tired and emotionally numb. I never want to do anything social or go outside. Every day I look forward to watching a new YouTube video and nothing else. I feel like I should want to see my friends and go outside since I haven't in a while but I don't. I sleep in every day and do the bare minimum in online school. I think it will be hard to go back to the normal routine.
It’s important you persevere and sort of drill your way through this situation. Nothing’s wrong with wanting to watch Youtube, but if you want to see your friends; try to host Google Meets often with them all. It should help you to with your struggles. Everyone deserves a friend.

I've been having sleep troubles lately. I think it might be related to stress from coronavirus, but I don't know. I've always taken a little time to go to sleep, but it's getting worse. A few days ago, I couldn't sleep at all! Please help!
Oh no! Well, fortunately there are many solutions, I have some below:
Drink a warm glass of water, it works for me.
Maybe read a little before going to bed.
Don’t consume caffeine.
Count sheep.
Close your eyes and meditate while trying to go to sleep.
Mindfulness.
