The new Nike Varsity Elite has been released in July 2025. It is bigger than the previous Nike Elite backpack and has a new eye-catching design. It is good for school because of its roomy inside and it has an abundance of pockets to put your snacks and school books in. 

Aaron Albornoz, an 8th grade student at MS447, is a huge Jets fan and a Brooklyn Nets. Aaron said he got his Nike Varsity Elite in September of 2025.  Aaron said,  “it has a lot of space, it can carry a football and a lot of books.  I like the design, I like the colorways and how much space it has.” He added, “I would recommend it to everybody.”

Some special features of the base include a large front pocket that folds out and allows quick access to your ball or clothing. This is helpful for keeping a basketball and other sports equipment. Additionally, it has an air ventilation system so you can put your sweaty clothes and shoes inside. Also, this backpack is spacious so it can help you transport your basketball or any belongings everywhere so you don’t have to carry anything separately. It also features new and old colors like red, blue, and purple which gives you flexibility in colorways.

Jonah Dzikiy, an 8th grader. He is a big Buffalo Bills fan. Jonah said he got his Nike Elite this past Christmas. Jonah remarked,  “ I like the air bubbles. They feel good for your back." Jonah added, “It looks tough, feels great,and can carry a lot of stuff.” Jonah added he would recommend it. 

According to Nike, “A trolley sleeve allows you to attach it to your luggage when traveling for those away games.” This allows you to travel anywhere with more options for storage. This bag is versatile and you can use it for a lot of different things.

 Compared to the old Nike Elite, this is an upgrade from the Nike Hoops Elite backpack because it  has a lot more pockets than the old one. The new one is more stylish with bold lettering and a larger Nike logo in front. The new Nike Elite has new colorways like cannon black/black and Tattoo white/white. It also has more pockets than the old one which helps you hold snacks, headphones, or other small accessories.

Above all the new Nike Elite is a perfect backpack if you are looking for a multipurpose backpack making it good for traveling.It can fit all your sports equipment so you can play with friends anywhere. Above all it is a good for for space and comfort and style making it the new craze of MS447.
