本次教師專業成長研習工作坊，旨在協助教師運用創新教學策略，打造更具互動性、意義化與學生中心的學習環境，聚焦於遊戲化學習，帶領教師探索如何將遊戲元素與學習目標結合，運用數位與非數位遊戲化策略提升學生參與度，並透過課程設計實作優化教學活動。

研習課程也著重教師專業責任、教育相關法規與雙語教育推動，透過分組討論與合作發想，思考如何增加學生英語接觸機會，創造更多元的校園學習情境。藉由互動交流與實務工作坊，參與教師將獲得可立即應用於課堂與校務推動的教學策略，持續提升教學品質。

This workshop aims to support teachers in applying innovative teaching strategies to create more interactive, meaningful, and student-centered learning environments. The workshop focuses on gamification in education, guiding teachers to explore how game elements can be aligned with learning objectives. Through the use of both digital and non-digital gamification strategies, teachers will learn how to increase student engagement and enhance classroom activities through practical lesson design.

The workshop also emphasizes teachers’ professional responsibilities, relevant educational policies, and the promotion of bilingual education. Through group discussions and collaborative brainstorming, participants will explore ways to increase students’ exposure to English and create more diverse learning opportunities across the school environment. By interactive exchanges and hands-on workshops, teachers will gain practical strategies that can be immediately applied in their classrooms and school initiatives, continuously improving teaching quality and effectiveness.

本次研習課程針對雙語課程外師設計，課程內容聚焦於雙語活動規劃與實施。研習將探討如何在學科內容與語言學習之間取得平衡（CLIL 教學理念）、設計符合不同年齡與程度學生的活動，以及如何有效安排活動流程與時間管理。此外，也將分享本國教師與外籍教師之間的合作模式，並透過實際雙語教學活動案例交流，協助教師提升雙語課堂教學的實務能力與互動品質。同時，本次研習也邀請台南市各校外籍教師一同參與交流與經驗分享，促進跨校雙語教學合作與專業成長。

This training workshop is designed for foreign teachers involved in bilingual education programs. The session focuses on bilingual activity planning and implementation. Topics include balancing language learning with subject content through the CLIL approach, designing age-appropriate and level-based activities, and structuring effective activity flow and time management. The workshop will also explore collaboration models between local and foreign teachers, while sharing real examples of bilingual classroom activities. In addition, foreign teachers from schools across Tainan City are invited to participate and share their teaching experiences, encouraging cross-school collaboration and professional growth in bilingual education.

本次研習課程由廖苡辰老師（Ms. Avery Liao）主講，針對國中部與高中部新進外師設計，課程將帶領教師學習如何運用 Canva 與 CapCut 等編輯軟體製作教學影片。內容涵蓋影片基本結構設計以及如何透過模板、字幕與轉場效果快速完成影片。透過實作與示範，協助教師有效提升影片製作效率，打造更具吸引力的課堂內容。

This training session is led by Ms. Avery Liao and is designed for new foreign teachers in the junior and senior high school divisions. The workshop focuses on using tools such as Canva and CapCut to create engaging instructional videos. Participants will learn essential video structure, and how to use templates, subtitles, and transitions to efficiently produce videos. Through hands-on practice and demonstrations, teachers will gain practical skills to enhance their teaching materials and create more engaging learning experiences.

The session will explore the opportunities and challenges of bilingual education and demonstrate how multimodal resources—such as videos, visuals, and online tools—can be effectively used to foster deeper learning. Through case studies and group discussions, participants will learn to integrate translingual and trans-semiotic approaches into classroom practice, enhancing students’ comprehension and communication skills while promoting more inclusive and engaging bilingual instruction.

This professional development workshop is designed to help our foreign English teachers deepen their understanding of classroom assessment and effectively apply it to daily teaching. Dr. Yichung Huang will guide participants through key principles of assessment, including assessment of, for, and as learning. Through interactive group tasks, reflection, and hands-on examples, participants will learn how to design assessments that enhance student learning outcomes and align with Taiwan’s English curriculum guidelines.
