I work with seventh and eighth graders, teaching them physical education, living technology, home economics, and practical English.

While my background is in Engineering and Science, I also have over a decade of experience helping students build confidence and practice their English skills in daily life.

My classes are always fun, engaging, and energetic. I am super excited to welcome you join my class this year!

Hello! I’m Eunice from beautiful South Africa.

I've been teaching in Taiwan for several years across both elementary and junior high schools. I hold a Bachelor of Education degree and currently teach Global Village and STEAM. My classroom is interactive and project-based.

I believe all children are unique and need a stimulating environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. I strive to achieve this by encouraging creativity, collaboration, and confidence in all my students.

When I'm not in the classroom, I enjoy traveling around Taiwan and seeking outdoor adventures!

Hello, I'm Derek from South Africa.

I have taught in Taiwan for more than twenty years.

My creative process involves equal parts inspiration, perspiration, and large portions of coffee. But mostly coffee. While I enjoy a good sonnet, I am most inspired by the epic journey of teaching a class of teenagers how to use 'their,' 'there,' and 'they're' correctly.

 My classes are focused on helping students learn something that can help them in their everyday life - even if it is just to be more confident.  I enjoy music and long walks on the beach.

Hello! I’m Nelly from South Africa.

I have been teaching in Taiwan since 2020 and have experience working within the bilingual education program, teaching students at the elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Arts and Culture) and currently teach PE, HE and Eng. L & S, and also serve as a Craft Club instructor. I am a fun, welcoming, and energetic teacher who creates an interactive, project-based learning environment that actively engages students.

I believe that every child is unique and thrives in a supportive and stimulating classroom. My teaching philosophy focuses on nurturing students’ creativity, collaboration, confidence, and overall development—physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy traveling around Taiwan and exploring outdoor adventures, which continue to inspire me both personally and professionally.
