For any issues with your own BYOD device, phone, or accounts you have set up yourself, please (get your parents to) contact the service provider, manufacturer or an IT service technician.
Student Wi-Fi
Connect to 'MRGS-StudentBYOD'
Ask a student or teacher for the password.
Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and you should get redirected to the FortiGate sign-in portal.
Sign in using student ID and Password.
If you don't see the sign-in portal, type in one of these addresses:
ibm.site
neverssl.com
captive.apple.com
If you get to the portal, but cannot sign in even though you put in the right password - turn off Wi-Fi, wait 2 minutes, turn Wi-Fi back on and try again.
Printing
Connect your device to school Wi-Fi or ethernet and access printing through:
PaperCut - Manage print jobs & reset your pin
Mobility Print - print from a BYOD device
Web Print - print PDF (no installation)
