Meet SCOOP

The Show Choir Organization of Parents, SCOOP, supports students and families throughout the show choir season. The group organizes event logistics, donations, volunteers, snacks, chaperones, and fundraising so families stay informed and connected.

As a parent or guardian, you play a role. Each family helps stock snacks and chooses one or two ways to support the season.

Join SCOOP

SCOOP is parent-powered and welcoming to both new and experienced volunteers. You will work alongside other parents to support key events, including:

• Family Welcome Night
• Season Kickoff decorations and treat bags
• Dessert and Debut
• Season Finale
• Show Choir Prom

Meetings take place on Zoom once a month, usually on the second Tuesday evening. Meetings stay short and focused.
