If you would like to check the library availability remotely, please see our schedule on Google Calendar. If the details say there are no "guests" listed at the top and you see "Free" at the bottom, then the space is currently available.

The Millard West Library Schedule was shared with you via Email by Amanda Gehrke. If you cannot find it, email Gehrke and she can add you again. You must "Add the calendar" to view it under "other calendars" in your own google calendar. See any of us in the library if you need help!

If you want to book a space for a lesson IN ADVANCE (that you don't need the Librarian for) you can stop in like you always have OR you can use this form to request an area of the library if you can't make it down to see us.

Please fill this out and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Reservations are granted on a first come, first serve basis. Completing this form does not guarantee you the space you are requesting but we will do our best to meet your needs. You will receive a google calendar confirmation via email if your request can be fulfilled!

Does your class need to know how to use... The library catalog? Databases? Citation generators? Canva? Wevideo?

Do your students need book recommendations?

Email or stop in to see Gehrke so we can set up a time and discuss the details of what you need and she'll teach your class!
