The front of the brain thinks slowly, processes what is happening, and problem solves. The back of your brain is very quick at reacting to what is happening, and expresses your thoughts, feelings, and emotions right away, before the front of your brain has time to respond to it.
There are many different types of mental health issues, such as stress, depression, anxiety, phobia, mood disorders, anxiousness, and panic disorders. These are just some common ones.
People don't need to experience events directly to feel stressed or anxious. They could feel like it is really happening to them even if it is through t.v, newspapers, the news, etc.

People with poor mental health often feel embarrassed about something that they might have done that they couldn't control. If that happens to you, just brush it off- don't feel bad about it.
Stress and anxiety are normal emotions to feel in life, but they become a problem when they get in the way or interfere with your daily life. If you feel overwhelmed with schoolwork or something else happening in your life, ask your teacher or a guardian to help you get rid of these feelings.
