Dear Parents and Guardians,

I hope this message finds you well. I want to provide you with an important update regarding our school procedures to enhance the safety and security of our students and staff.

We kindly request that parents and guests refrain from entering classrooms before, during, or after the school day, unless arrangements have been made by a school staff member and the office for specific activities (e.g., classroom volunteer or Watch D.O.G.S.). This precaution is in place to maintain a safe and organized environment, aligning with our commitment to creating a secure learning space.

Examples of activities we kindly ask you to avoid include: taking birthday treats directly to the classroom, entering a classroom before or after school to search for your child's items, and walking your child to class. If you need to speak with your child, you are always more than welcome to come to the office, and we will call them out of class.

To communicate with your child's teacher, please connect via email, phone, or schedule a meeting. Our goal is to ensure ongoing communication while prioritizing the security of our school environment.

We understand that this may be a change, but your cooperation is crucial in keeping our school safe. Your understanding and collaboration as we prioritize the safety and well-being of our school community are highly appreciated.
