Overview

Courses would be facilitated through Google Classroom on a modified schedule and links to grade level content area learning tasks aligning with the appropriate curriculum will be provided.

Students will be required to log into their district issued G-Suite accounts to access Google Classroom, log attendance, and access the Morning Meeting with their classroom teacher. The focus of the MPSD VIP at the elementary level is to ensure that adequate learning time is spent engaging in the various instructional areas as defined by the district curriculum. These areas should include, but not be limited to, Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Related Arts. Students should engage in daily assigned learning activities made available via Google Classroom and the packets that have been sent home.

Locating your child's G-Suite account and password:

• All student login information can be retrieved via the Genesis parent/student portal (CLICK HERE). This information can be found under the child's picture on the left hand side of the summary page.

Finding a teacher's Google Classroom page:

• CLICK HERE to access Google Classroom. When logged in, your child should see all classrooms they are a part of. If you do not see a specific Google Classroom, please contact your child's teacher, as they can add them as a student.
