This is my 21st year of teaching art! I first taught elementary art at Holly Heights in Millville and then transferred to Millville High School and most recently at CCTEC. I am happy to be back in the Millville Public School system. I have participated in many clubs throughout the years including: set design, art & mindfulness workshops, musical director, assistant director for the fall play, jewelry club, drama club, and the art & wellness club. This year I will be the Teen Arts Club Advisor.
I have four beautiful children, two grandchildren, a cute chiweenie dog named Marley and an adorable gray rescued kitty named Mikka. Let's not forget the unforgettable scrappy dog Ziggy. He is some kind of rat terrier mix and super playful. My husband's family is from Cambodia and he plays drums in a reggae band.
In my spare time I write music (playfully, not professionally), I love to journal/blog, observe nature, attend my husband's shows up and down the East Coast, spend lots of time with family, cook, have lots and lots of BBQ's all year long, watch movies, and go rollerblading and roller-skating. I also love rainbow sprinkles on vanilla and chocolate twist cake cones in the summer.
