GOAL STATEMENT: Over the next 36 months, we will ensure our students are connected to knowledge and learning by reducing absenteeism by 10%, by unifying the “Millville Team,” and creating a space that is inclusive and welcoming to all.

Create a formal parent engagement plan that welcomes families to our schools, seeks their input, and reaches them where they are.

Implement positive reinforcement and outreach strategies to improve student attendance and investment in their learning.

Continue to improve safety policies, procedures, and structures in our buildings.
