The process behind crafting this statement and what it means for our community.
In focus group discussions with district leadership, staff members, families, and our community, we noticed a common thread: how do we connect the legacy of our district--and the Millville community--with the present?
The perceived lack of connection alerted us to the potential to positively tell the story of our district's past, present, and future. Our community is changing, but it is still our community. We are all Bolts.
Our goal was ultimately to create a vision statement that reflected our history and our future. Every generation of students will represent a new page in our story; we want to tell a story that celebrates what each generation brings to our community.
