Elementary and Middle School Pathway Families Invited to Southwest

On January 29, we'd like to invite students and families from our pathway schools to enjoy some basketball at Southwest. Our JV and Varsity Girls play Duluth East that evening, and pathway families can get free admission and free popcorn. The popcorn is compliments of the Southwest PTSA. Come on out and support the Lakers and enjoy community with our pathway friends, neighbors, and future Lakers!

Second Semester Student Schedules

As we are coming to the end of the semester, counselors wanted to update you on some changes regarding student schedules. Schedule changes will only be made for gaps in your student's schedule if they are missing a core or duplicate class. Changing electives for preference will also not be an option. You might also notice a slight change in your student’s schedule since the beginning of the year. This is due to class balancing and updated elective options and will not be changed. Thank you for understanding. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Additionally, we are adding an in-person PSEO information session to conferences on February 13th at 6:45 p.m. in the College & Career Center. We are also adding a Registration Information session that will happen during virtual conferences on February 14th at 11 a.m. If you would like to save the meeting link for this session, it is included here (https://meet.google.com/tho-mbdm-ojd).

Thank you,

The SWHS Counselors

Ms. Molin (A-G), Mr. Wilson (H-N), Ms. Berg (O-Z)
