Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year!

The student/care-giver handbook includes descriptions of school operations, programs, and services that will help you and your child make the most of your experience at Bethune Arts Elementary.  

We have high expectations for every student, and we want to collaborate with you to help your student meet them. 

We start by providing a safe and positive school environment.  You can help by ensuring that your student understands our shared expectations for positive behavior at school. 

Our teachers set clear expectations for academic work, and we regularly measure student progress toward academic goals.  You can help by attending your school’s parent/teacher conferences; asking your student about school every day; and celebrating student achievements!

Finally, we are always looking for ways we can improve our work to help students achieve our mission.  You can help by staying informed about school news and sharing your feedback with us - your voice matters.
