How to Share a Google Doc
In order to submit your paper for review (Drop-off Paper Review, Asynchronous) you need to share and give access to the RWC tutors.
Step 1: Sign in to your Google Account.
Using your MPC account, go to the MPC website at www.mpc.edu.
Step 2: Click “Lobo Apps” at the top of the MPC website.
Step 3: Sign in with your Lobo Apps username and password.
Step 4: Click on Drive.
Step 5: Find the Google Doc file you want to share.
Step 6: Open the file by clicking it twice with the mouse.
Step 7: Click the “Share” button.
Step 8: Type the email address of the person with whom you want to share the document.
For example, if you click to make an RWC appointment, and the appointment box shows this...
...then type this email address in the Share window:
Step 9: Click once on the appropriate email address that pops up.
Step 10: See that the Google Doc is ready to be shared with the appropriate staff member as editor.
Step 11: Click Send.
