Tutorial for the Tracking Tool

Welcome to Mozio’s Tracking Tool. This is a step-by-step guide on how to use it and how to interact with your drivers.

The tool includes:

A Dashboard where you can track and assign reservations to the drivers.
A Driver APP where each driver receives the reservations and interacts with the passenger.

1. Sign-up to Dashboard

The first step to get tracking is to Sign up.

Click here to Sign-up to your dashboard.

Make sure you use the email where you received the communication.

After the sign up, reservation will automatically show up on the dashboard.

It’s possible to filter by country, city and booking date.

Important remarks:

Canceled reservations will show up as canceled

Updated reservations will show up with both reservation numbers (old and new)

Reservations without a driver assigned will have “No Driver assigned” status

Reservation in the next 24h will show up highlighted in red, if there’s no driver assigned

2. Create Vehicles and upload Drivers details

The next step is to create vehicles and drivers.

First you need to upload the vehicles, and only after the drivers.

You has two options:

Manually upload each vehicle and driver profile
Upload a .csv for vehicles details, and another .csv for drivers details.

The driver profile is particularly important to later configure the driver app. Make sure you upload the right phone number for every driver - drivers will receive an SMS to activate the APP.

Mandatory fields:

First and Last name
Country Code and Phone number

Link driver APP

After creating the driver profiles each driver will receive an SMS on their mobile phone.

By clicking on the link your driver will be able to download the APP

After downloading the APP the driver needs to use the same link to sign up. Just click on the link or paste it on the APP.

Assign trips

Each reservation has a drop down to assign driver and vehicles. Provider is also able to see every detail of the reservation, and verify it.

Tracking

Trip will show up on the first screen 2 hours before the ride.

If needed, the driver can also select it on the menu Trips schedule.

To track the ride make sure to have mobile GPS on, and click on the actions buttons:

En route: when the driver is on the way to pick up location
Arrived: when the driver arrives at the pick up location
Passenger on board: when the customer enters the vehicle
Completed: when the ride ends

Password to the Supplier Dashboard can be reset at Mozio.com following the "Forgot Password" procedure. Providers need to update the password since the one they receive via email is temporary.
