Mozio has developed a dashboard, where providers have access to three main areas
See upcoming and past trips
Check and enter drivers details
Fleet and vehicles information
The Trips area shows all reservations and allows the providers to "Verify" a reservation without needing to use the reservation email as we had been doing before. The provider also assigns a specific driver with their primary vehicle or an alternative vehicle. This action informs the passenger the information related to the driver and vehicle.
The rides will show different status for the providers to know which reservations require action:
As usual and as per our contractual conditions, providers are still unable to reject the rides from the Dashboard. Providers have not been given an option to `Reject` a ride. The current procedure will need to be followed for any cancellation.
Providers can log the personal details pertaining to the driver: First and Last name, phone number, email, photo, primary vehicle used by the driver. Once the provider logs the driver's details, the driver receives an SMS to install the Driver's App and activate it along with their profile.
The Driver App shows the driver the information about the reservation in 4 screens allowing the driver to show the progress on the ride process (En Route to pickup the passenger, Arrived to pickup destination, In Trip with the passenger on the vehicle, and Completed once the ride has ended). These will generate different notifications for the passenger to know the status (position of the vehicle/driver) of the ride.
Drivers will be able to reach out to the passenger clicking a button on the App which will trigger a phone call to the phone number recorded for the reservation. We're working on including Mozio's Live Chat for drivers to be able to interact with the CS Team in cases of Driver Unable to Find Passenger and to report No Shows.
Providers can update the fleet they have available to ensure each reservation has a suitable vehicle assigned.
This will not update the vehicles currently available on DE but, since passenger will be notified of the Make and Model of the vehicle, we expect there will be less complaints about the vehicle type. In any case, passengers will have more time to express any unconformity with the vehicle assigned to a ride.
Pricing errors will still need to be reported as they have been reported up to now.
The Provider Dashboard is currently accessible from the Reservation email (for DE providers) clicking the orange button. If the provider has already created a user account (Normal, TA) they will not be able to create a new Provider type of user.
Password to the Supplier Dashboard can be reset at Mozio.com following the "Forgot Password" procedure. Providers need to update the password since the one they receive via email is temporary.
