Quick Tips for Zenoti Users

Cutover Process

• Follow the process on this page to stop the SuperSalon app and start using Zenoti.

• Make sure you install the Zenoti Credit Card Terminal using the instructions shown below.

Clocking In and Out

• Select either the Appointment Book or Queue

• Click the Employee Check In/Out Icon in the upper right corner

• Select the employee to be clocked in/out

• Enter the correct Username and Password and click Okay.

Getting Help about Zenoti POS

• Search for information by clicking on the Help Icon

• Ask Zenoti for assistance or answers to questions by using the pink Chat Messenger Icon

• Send an email to your SDL and william@renitconsulting.com

Accessing Zenoti University Courses

• Log in to Zenoti as usual

• Select your Username in the upper right corner

• Click on Zenoti University

• Select a Course to learn about specific topics.
