team work

I think that I showed a lot of respect in all of my group work that I have done.  The most recent  examples I have will be from the silk road exabtion the we did a week ago.  During this exhibition I tried to take all of my group members ideas into consideration.

 and made sure that I would suggest an idea so that I can help my group with the work so that we could all get a good grade 

This is the one I think I did the worst on because I was always blaming things on other group members and didn’t try and one of my examples was during the art project that we did I painted over the rocks and said that it was one of my other group members so going into next year I will make sure that during group work I will work on this one the most. so that I can be beneficial to my group. 

Personally I thought I did good on this one toward the end of the project and I know that i didn’t do good on helpfulness.  on the earlty pary  of the silk road project but after I got told that i should help more and got redirected many times throughout the project. So toward the end when I knew that we had a lot of work to do so I made sure that I was helpful to the end of the project and an example I have is on the last day we had to work one the art project I made 2 pillars painted a lot of details on the stachus and help my group alot going into next year I will make sure that I stay focus all the time during a project.
