my definition of Confidence is doing something that is different or scary 

What is something that you have confidence in doing? 

I have Confidence in homework and group work and all the sports i play

1.my Confidence has developed in homework by feeling like i can do all of my home work with out help and get it done on time. 

2. my Confidence grew in mtb by doing harder trails and bigger jumps and felling better about the way i bike.

What can challenges or failures teach us about confidence? (Discuss at least one personal example)

i think that some challenges that help teach us about Confidence are things like group work and trust activities.
