Respect

Well my sister represents respect with her fellow classmates and with her teammates.She is a varsity lacrosse player who shows respect with the other team when their team gets knocked down she doesn't get more aggressive to the other teams she stays composed and keeps playing her game.

integrity

My sister shows integrity everyday with going out of her way to do the right thing that no one else is doing. She shows integrity when people aren't looking but mostly when they are looking.She joined disabled people. 

                  Effort

My sister shows effort with her sport and with her grades she drives for excellence. On the field she is a very strong defender that is always trying her hardest .I Inspire to put in the work ethic that she does. Off the field she thrives for good grades she looks for A,s in all the classes and a perfick 4.0.

Refinement

My sister refines a lot in school for a perfect 4.0 GPA she shows her refinement in many different activities she does in her day to day life mostiley in school.
