POL Reflection on goal

l think that I have completed a part of this goal for example: when I am in class I am usually clam and I stay on task, but I think that I could mast this goal by fowling that habits of heat and mind all the time even when a teacher is not looking.

I feel like I have accomplished this goal and why I feel this way is because when I walk in to class and I am ask to get something for the teacher I will do it with a positive face and no complaints I also help people even when the teacher do no ask.

Integrity-

Definition of Integrity having strong morals or values and following those principles in both your words and actions.

Goal for Integrity: is to be more positive to my classmates

This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for integrity... when we are doing a group project I will have a good positive and encourage others to have a better mood.

Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me...

The difference it will make is... helping others and having a good attitude on my face and making peoples days better.

The difference these actions will make is: now people will be more positive to others kind and most people will have smiles on there face being more positive to others.

I have accomplished my goal by doing my homework and pushing for an excess not just on my homework but also on my school work. For example I studied for a test and I got a better grade.

Effort-(definition)

hard work to mind or body.

Goal for Effort: is to improve all of my skills and push to get them better.

This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Effort... I will work on IXL on all of my weak skills to accomplish my goal

Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me...

The difference it will make is... see me working hard on my week skill on paper and computer

The difference these actions will make is: my skills and grads will make better sense I was working on my weak skills.

I think that I have accomplished this goal for example when I come in to class I chose seat where I can stay focused and I can listen to the teacher and not day dream and stay focused on what the teacher is saying.

Refinement-(definition)to Improve something or to make it pure, especially by removing material that is not wanted

Goal for Refinement: My goal for Refinement is to stay remaining focused

Being careful about choosing a seat in which I may be tempted to talk with others.
Developing a habit of checking in with myself to make sure I am present.
Advocate for myself by raising my hand if I was spacing out to make sure I understood what instructions were.

Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me...

The difference it will make is...

Others will know that I am actually accomplishing my goal because I will be quiet and focused on whomever is speaking. They will see that I have my eyes on the speaker. They will also notice that I am not distracting my peers and the learning environment at inappropriate times. Quieter Learning Environment.

The difference these actions will make is:

I will increase my learning. I will learn when it is cool to chat with friends and when to stay focussed on the speaker. Others will be able to increase their learning due to less distractions. I may have more free time if I am using my time more wisely.
