Our grade level lens Identity means to me finding out who you are and changing to be the person that you want to be.  I did this by changing friend groups and my work ethic improved as well. We also worked on our digital identity 

Respect means to me to be polite, caring, and kind to anybody even if there's somebody you don't like.

Integrity means to me doing the right thing even if no one is watching doesn't matter when doesn't matter why just do it because it's the right thing to do.

Effort means to me to try to do more than your best put in more than the effort that is required and make sure what needs to be done gets done.

Refinement means to me too go over your work as many times as it takes to make sure it's the best quality that it can get from you.
