Ownership

At the beginning of the year, my goal for ownership was to do tasks without having to be reminded.

I achieved my goal by Completing tasks on time and Completing them without having to be reminded.

Helpfulness

At the beginning of the year, my goal for helpfulness was  making discussions effective by clearly expressing ideas, asking probing questions, making sure everyone is heard, responding thoughtfully to new information and perspectives. 

I achieved this goal by Making instructions effective and asking questions to make sure they know the topic.

Respect 

At the beginning of the year, my goal for respect was to continue being kind and respectful to group mates .

I achieved this goal by  being kind and respectful and keeping my cool if I got mad .
