Goal for Respect: My goal for respect is to consistently actively listen with eyes and ears while teachers are talking or classmates are presenting
This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Respect...
Be careful about choosing a seat in which I may be tempted to talk with others.
Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me...
I will be quiet and focused on whomever is speaking.
The difference it will make is..
I will increase my learning. I will learn when it is cool to chat with friends and when to stay focused on the speaker.

My goal for Integrity is: Is often a role model for others.
This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Integrity... I commit to trying problems on the board during math even if I'm not 100% sure I'm going to get it right.
Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me... Others will no I'm doing this when they see me taking a risk and pushing myself beyond my limit.
The difference these actions will make is: The difference this will make is, I will be more successful.

My goal for Effort is: Often takes risks in their learning (takes on challenges, goes beyond, etc.)
This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Effort... One way I can commit is trying the spicy math during differentiated math time.
Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me... Others will know I'm actually doing this when I get better mask scores or when I go for an extension during science or humanities
The difference these actions will make is: The difference this will make is I will be more likely to get higher grades and be more successful in school

My goal for refinement is: Completes assignments and benchmarks on time
This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for refinement... I commit to trying to do all my homework during my home room and study hall time.
Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me...Others will know I'm actually doing this when they see me having more time after school to hang out.
The difference it will make is... The difference this will make is I will get better grades and be more successful in school.
