My definition of confidence is that you can do a task well if you believe in yourself.
One thing I have confidence in is hockey, I have played since I was 5 or 6, it is now easy to skate.
1. My confidence has developed in reading. I'm reading faster.
2. My confidence has developed in hockey. I am a lot better at taking shots on net.
Challenges and failures teach us so much about who we are and what we can do. One thing I like today is running long distance but 3 years ago it was hard to maintain my speed, I kept pushing and now I have the confidence to run long distance. I can run a 5 K (3.2 miles) in around 24 minutes.
