I am so excited to be your teacher this year! This is my 5th year at Island Lake. I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education. I took a break from education to raise my boys and have so enjoyed my years back in the classroom. My family includes my husband, Brian and my 2 boys. Matthew is in 11th grade at Mounds View High School and Nick will be a freshman at St. Thomas.  When we have family time together we love to travel, play games, ski/snowboard and anything soccer related. My hobbies include reading, anything outside in the summer, going on walks, restaurants and spending time with friends. I love being a teacher and can't wait to have you in my classroom.
