Concert Attire

Concert Attire: Any variation of black and white.

NO: denim jeans, white tennis shoes, t-shirts with writing, revealing clothing.

YES: knee length skirts/dresses (or longer), dress shirt with tie, dress shoes, dress pants.

Attendance Policy

Students should plan to attend all performances.  The success of the ensemble depends on EACH student's contribution.  If there is a conflict with one of the scheduled concerts, we would like to hear from both the student and the parent/caregiver in advance in order to plan accordingly.

Absences that are communicated in advance or result from an illness or family emergency on the day of the concert can be made up for full credit. Communication is what sets our team up for success. You should work with your teacher to make up learning by recording yourself playing your concert music along with a recording of the music or ask the teacher for help. 

Absences that are not communicated in advance will be made up for partial credit (max C).
